 Haymond Julie Haymond

My name is Julie Haymond and I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. I graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Child Development. I continued my education at Liberty University and received a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning in grades K-12. In addition, I have an endorsement in Gifted Education and English as a Second Language.

I moved to Fort Myers, Florida after college and began my teaching career. I enjoyed 10 years there and have many wonderful memories.

My husband and I moved to Georgia 10 years ago. Terry is a culinary teacher at Dawsonville High School and a Nebraska Cornhusker fan. We have two children, Abbey and Kevin. Abbey will be in 11
th grade at Dawsonville High School and will be taking a couple of her classes through the University of North Georgia.  Kevin will be in 7th grade and is ready for another season of football. My family and I enjoy boating on Lake Lanier, attending Brown’s Bridge Community Church, and spending time with our friends.

I am excited to join the Robinson Elementary family, and I am really looking forward to this school year with you.
