We are going to have a Great Adventure this year!
I want to give you a little information about me. I am originally from Canton, Georgia. I attended Augusta State University on a fast-pitch softball scholarship where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I completed my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from North Georgia College and State University in May of 2012 and I completed my Specialist Degree in 2016 in the area of Curriculum and Instruction. As you can see, I love learning, and I have made it a lifelong commitment.
Before coming home to Dawson, I taught for 16 years in Cherokee County. During those years I taught Kindergarten, First, and Second grades, EIP/ESOL in 3rd, 4th and 5th and I served as an instructional coach. I am excited about this new adventure with you and your students!
My husband Seth and I live in Dawsonville with our two amazing boys: Casey, is in 8th grade and Finn is in 6th grade. I look forward to working with you, as it will take all of us to achieve success! Please let me know if I can help you in any way. You can contact me by sending a note in the agenda provided or by calling Robinson at 706-265-6544.
Happy Learning!
Mrs. Townley
